At Five Rings BJJ Mansfield we specialise in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, however, we have an open mind to all Martial Arts. Here you can train every session with a 2nd degree BJJ black belt with 20 years experience in the art.

Having taught and trained in self defence and martial arts for over 10 years I can tell you that Paul and the team are at the highest level of their game. Sometimes with such a high level of expertise you can also find egos. This is not the case at five rings. It is the most friendly welcoming place I've trained at. A Great team atmosphere at all the levels from white to black belt everyone is treated the same. If you're on the fence about trying bjj I urge you to take the plunge and try five rings. You will not be disappointed
