Unprofessional

Avoid - the 12 month guarantee offered on work is as good as a Chocolate Fireguard!! Had some repair work on a small conservatory roof and it is now leaking worse than before the repair. Tried numerous times to get them back out to fix it, as he states all work is covered by a 12 month guarantee, but had no luck. This has been going on for months and I have all messages to substantiate the review. Tried calling him again today (14th Jul 23) and as soon as he recognised it was me he put the phone down. Tried phoning back but no it just rings out. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I hope express roofing is reading this as I will be taking it further!!
