I am the Managing Director of Computer Angels Limited, based in Fulham, London. I received notification from Trustpilot that we had received a one star review - as we normally achieve 4 or 5 stars across the board I investigated and found this company passing themselves off as ourselves, and infringing on our Registered Trademark. Even worse if the review is to be believed they are ripping people off. I phoned them up to explain how I would be taking enforcement action against them. The conversation went like this: "Hello, is that Computer Angel?" "Oh f*ck off" *click*

After breaking the screen of my new Acer laptop and after agreeing a price and timeframe over the phone I walked up the street and dropped it off as arranged. After no word days after the agreed time frame and subsequently me calling every day I picked it up and took it to a proper computer repair shop. rang me and informed me that the screen was the least of my problems because he had discovered that it was missing several key parts including the motherboard. which makes it as expensive to fix as just buying a new laptop. He was really good and even wrote me a list of what had been removed. I tried in vain to get the parts back. This conman cost me a brand new laptop; feel free to throw away your own computer by dealing with this fake firm. He is basically a criminal.
