All our springs are hand made from the best quality spring materials. Manufacture is carried out within the scope of BS 1726 parts 1,2 and 3. Quality is assured to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and we are audited by independent organisations on a regular basis. We have our own in-house heat treatment plant, including fan assisted high temperature ovens and gas fired furnaces for hardening and tempering. The surface finish of our springs is further improved by 'shot-peening'. We have our own Tilghman Wheelbrator which ensures that the surface of the springs are 'peened' to an Almen Arc standard. This improves fatigue life. Finished coatings can be further enhanced by zinc plating, phosphating and epoxy powder painting.
