We had a problem with a bulb in a light fitting as we could not remove it to replace it. We contacted John (in desperation) as 2 others we had contacted had let us down. He responded quickly, called at our home the next day and quickly and easily helped us rectify the problem. We all need to know such a helpful and knowledgeable chap. Many thanks John.
